To delete the Cosmo3D-cookie

You should have read this little cookie-text on in the help-section before reading further.

It is possible for the information in your cookies to be stored improperly, which would prevent some or all of your choices from appearing on the main page. Try deleting your cookie file, and then try making new personalization choices.

Before trying to kill the cookie manually, try the automated deleting here (top button). If it not worked, follow these instructions for deleting the cookie manually:

In Internet Explorer 5

  1. On the Tools menu, click Internet Options.
  2. In the Temporary Internet Files section, click Settings.
  3. Click View Files. (Click the Internet Address heading at the top of the window to bring your cookie files to the top of the list.)
  4. Find the cookie file whose name ends with "www.cosmo3d.com" (If multiple users log on to the computer, choose the cookie file that begins with your logon name.)
  5. Click the file to select it and press Delete. Answer Yes to the question that appears.

In Internet Explorer 4.x

  1. On the View menu, click Internet Options.
  2. In the Temporary Internet Files section, click Settings.
  3. Click View Files. (Click the Internet Address heading at the top of the window to bring your cookie files to the top of the list.)
  4. Find the cookie file whose name ends with "www.cosmo3d.com" (If multiple users log on to the computer, choose the cookie file that begins with your logon name.)
  5. Click the file to select it and press Delete. Answer Yes to the question that appears.

In Internet Explorer 3.x

  1. On the View menu, click Options.
  2. Click the Advanced tab.
  3. In the Temporary Internet Files section, click View Files. (Click the Internet Address heading at the top of the window to bring your cookie files to the top of the list.)
  4. Find the cookie file whose name ends with "www.cosmo3d.com" (If multiple users log on to the computer, choose the cookie file that begins with your logon name.)
  5. Click the file to select it and click Delete.

In Internet Explorer 4.x, Macintosh Edition

  1. On the Edit menu, click Preferences.
  2. Under Receiving Files, click Cookies.
  3. Find the cookie in the Server column named "www.cosmo3d.com"
  4. Click Delete.

In Internet Explorer 3.x, Macintosh Edition

  1. On the Edit menu, click Preferences.
  2. Under Receiving Files, click Cookies.
  3. Find the cookie in the Server column named "www.msn.com"
  4. Click Delete.

In Netscape 4 and lower

Netscape bundles all cookies into one file on your hard disk drive. For this reason, do not attempt to delete your Netscape cookie. Deleting this cookie will remove the saved values for all sites visited in Netscape.

In Netscape 6 (Mozilla Seamonkey)

  1. On the View menu, click Preferences.
  2. Select Cookies under Advanced.
  3. Click View Stored Cookies, and delete all cookies under the domain "www.cosmo3d.com".
